• Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person.

Viator

Viator is not a transfer company. It is a marketplace, owned by Tripadvisor, where local operators list their services. When you book a Dalaman transfer on Viator, a Fethiye or Dalaman company turns up to collect you, and Viator handles the payment and customer service.

• Prices shown in your own currency, paid by card
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before on most listings
• "Reserve now, pay later" on many listings
• A large volume of verified reviews per listing

What to know before booking:

• Quality depends entirely on which supplier is behind the listing. Two listings with near-identical titles can be very different companies.
• Flight tracking, waiting time, child seats and night surcharges are set by each supplier. Check the "What's included" section; do not assume.
• You pay in advance, and the price includes the marketplace's commission.
• If something goes wrong at the airport, you may be dealing with a call centre and the supplier, not one local office.
